Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom or special-order equipment may require additional handling time.
We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and freight services for large equipment. Shipping method is based on the item type, destination, and urgency.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Some promotions may include free shipping on select items.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For freight deliveries, a carrier representative may contact you to arrange drop-off.
We currently ship within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, please contact us directly for a quote.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement as soon as possible.
